We’re excited to share some wonderful moments from our recent tree planting day at Albany Primary School. This event was a meaningful milestone in our journey with the school community—a journey that’s been about much more than just constructing a new teaching block.
From the very beginning, our goal has been to create lasting connections with the principal, teachers, and students. Working alongside Principal Mrs. Maree Bathurst, who eagerly joined in the planting herself, has been a true highlight. Throughout the construction, we’ve organized a series of activities to bring the students and staff closer to the project. Events like “Guess the Crane Day,” sustainability talks, and even sponsoring ice pops for the children’s cross-country event let us celebrate each stage of the build together.
True to our commitment, we aim to give back to every community where we work. At Albany Primary, this means listening to what the school envisions for their grounds, whether it’s planting new trees or setting up vegetable planters with fresh fruits and veggies.
We’d also like to extend a special thanks to Mace Landscapers, who generously donated some beautiful trees to Albany Primary. Their contribution has helped us bring more greenery to the school and make a lasting impact.
Our tree planting day was a wonderful way to wrap up this collaboration. The students were thrilled to get their hands in the dirt, and Principal Bathurst’s involvement, along with Mace Landscape Group generous support, added a special touch. Watching everyone’s excitement reminded us how much these trees will represent the teamwork, learning, and joy shared during this project.
Thank you to everyone involved, especially the incredible school community and our dedicated team. Together, we’ve created not just a building, but a place where growth, learning, and community spirit truly flourish.
