Watts & Hughes is proud to support women in construction by participating in initiatives that empower, educate, and inspire. Our team recently joined NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) at an event designed to give women in our industry the opportunity to grow their network, expand their knowledge, and gain hands-on experience with construction equipment.
This event, hosted by Hirepool, provided an engaging and supportive environment. Attendees were treated to snacks, food, and exciting spot prizes, which added to the event’s welcoming atmosphere. Youngman & Richardson, who brought along a variety of construction equipment and shared their expertise, enabling participants to try operating machinery in a safe and encouraging space.
Watts & Hughes is committed to fostering growth and leadership among women in our industry, and we were delighted to provide our staff with this opportunity to develop and connect. Thank you to Hirepool and Youngman & Richardson and for their incredible support and for making this event a success. Together, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive construction industry.
