This project involved seismic strengthening work to 34% NBS. There are 4 units on two sites, at Shand Crescent and Peverel Street. There were two private units, where tenants moved for repairs and returned into their units while construction continued on the other units. These two units had a shorter timeframe than the others. This project included subfloor bracing, plywood bracing to walls, timber bracing to roof space and maintenance items.
