Opus House Base Build was a 5 storey Green Star equivalent office new build incorporating double skin structural façade structural glazing. The offices were open plan with central core lifts and feature stairwells.

Watts & Hughes worked closely with Nebulite to complete the design portion of the double skin façade. This included assessment of wind loadings specific to the Canterbury region and fixing details to the existing structure.

Opus as tenant, required high end architectural finishes to the fitout of the building. This incorporated the use of coreten steel, cedars, designer green walls and the like.
