The project consisted of the construction of a new classroom with two adjoining withdrawal rooms. The construction was of lightweight timber framing built on timber piles with a timber trussed roof, covered with colour steel roofing and a hardy weatherboard exterior cladding.

The building featured a sound-rated partitioning wall between the withdrawal rooms and the main classroom. External decking areas were also constructed with stairs and handrails.

This project was challenging as construction had to be completed to a tight time-frame during the wet winter months but was completed on time and had a nine-week duration.
