This project consisted of the construction of a new workshop with offices. The workshop consisted of a concrete slab including washdown water pit, concrete tilt panels to the party wall and a structural steel portal frame structure. The office consisted of concrete tilt panels to the party wall and a typical timber framed wall and roof structure.

The workshop was clad in coloursteel and the office block cladding enhanced with a combination of aluminium composite panels, coloursteel and honed concrete blockwork.

The office is fully air-conditioned and finished to a high specification including oak trim and polished concrete flooring. This project was completed to budget and to programme and the quality of the finished project was excellent.
