Watts & Hughes built a new building for Porter Hire Limited Gisborne which houses their new workshop of 186 m2, a reception and office area of 40 m2 as well as a wash bay of 70 m2. A new yard slab of 75.3 m2 was also provided as well as a mezzanine floor of 16 m2 providing a total floor space of 371.3 m2. A kitchenette with super tub and access toilet and shower was installed underneath the mezzanine floor.

The building consisted of structural steel portal frames with timber framed walls with Diamond Styleline Colorsteel roof cladding and Colorsteel roller garage doors.
