This was a new facility constructed in Gisborne on a design & build basis which included the construction of a new Administration building, three accommodation buildings, a new dining hall and communal kitchens.

The hall and machinery workshops were repositioned and new sports fields, tennis courts and play equipment were also constructed.

This was a rewarding and challenging project for Watts & Hughes encompassing the full design and build process including building consent approval and resource consent approval stage.

With excellent management and a great team effort this was another successful project for Watts & Hughes’s growing portfolio of successfully completed projects.
