KFC Papamoa
This KFC restaurant was a new build on a bare site.
The structure consits of a slab on grade with a combination of structural steel and timber framing. The exterior finishes of the building consist of metal and membrane roofing, Titan board panelling on a cavity system and Insulclad.
The interior finishes to the kitchen include Terrazite flooring, Marlite wall linings, suspended ceilings and stainless joinery and plumbing items. The dining areas include tiled flooring, Titan board and painted gib linings with a combination of suspended ceiling tiles as well as feature bulkheads and ceiling panels.
This project was constructed in conjunction with the adjacent tenancy building housing two tenancies and shares a common car parking area, entry and exit.
The projects were both completed in December 2010 and for a total value of $1.60 million.
