An existing building requiring a 240 m2 extension to the existing mezzanine floor. The entire building was refurbished with new specialist fitout to suit the Client.
Externally new curtain walling and metal cladded panels were added. Internally additional facilities including some plumbing work was carried out as well as the addition of an electrical board and office fitout.
