This project involved the installation of new partition framing and high end finishes for a new client on a previously empty tenancy situated on Level 16 at 171 Featherston Street in Wellington.
The lobby area consisted of new feature ceiling and floor-to-ceiling tiling with feature lighting. The office space was open plan with an attached new modern kitchen area.
Office partitions were a mix of solid wall framing with assorted feature walls. One of the walls consisted of oak battens running vertically around a curved wall at 40mm centres.
In the main meeting room a fully operable door was installed to enable sectionioning the room into smaller areas or enlarging it as and when required. Large feature glass walls were installed in selected areas throughout the fitout.
