The project involved the construction of two new warehouses for commercial use. The works comprised of foundations and concrete slab utilising metal fibre reinforcing, half height tilt slabs bolted to steel portal frames, colorsteel cladding and roofing, electronically controlled roller doors for vehicle access and steel clad external fire doors for pedestrian access. External works comprised of external slab to the entrance to each warehouse, landscaping and asphalt works to the carparking area.

We also completed an office space with aluminium window joinery, internal glazed partitions, kitchen and w.c. shower rooms. There was also first fix services including mechanical, fire alarms and sprinkler systems in the building.
