The Project consisted of a full shop fit-out to a unit within Barrington Mall.
The unit was a shell so we began by building the internal walls and lining. First fix plumbing & electrical services were completed as well as a full mechanical system. Roof flashings and plant were installed and the walls were lined with a mixture of Marlite and gib board/ply.
The finishes comprised ceramic tiles to the walls and floor in the shop area, with vinyl to the floor in the back of house area. The second fix items were Client-supplied and were fitted off by Watts & Hughes.
