The project consisted of upgrading the seismic bracing requirements of the above ceiling services. and the main suspended ceiling grid.
This was broken up into 5 main categories – Electrical/CCTV, Fire, Mechanical, Suspended Ceiling Grid / Bulkheads and Refrigeration/Hydraulic. We also braced the hot water cylinder to meet code seismic requirements.
All works were completed on night shift, with the store remaining operational during the day through the entire construction period.
