The project consisted of the construction of an approximate 2400m2 3 storied Mixed Use Development Building in the heart of the Cambridge township. This was a design and build project after initially being provided a concept design by the client. The building usage was mixed use, comprising of retail space, offices and residential apartments in the town centre with a carpark to the rear that would contain 32 spaces with the use of stackers
