Construction of a new single level Commercial Office building, comprising of two tenancies with shared cafeteria, reception & ablution facilities. This project is part two of a two part development. The first being a Utility Building separate to this structure. The site is to be cleared of trees and foliage with an engineered certified fill placed over carpark and building areas prior to construction taking place. The building shall primarily comprise of engineered timber post and beam structures with pre-fabricated timber trusses. The exterior cladding shall be a combination of long-run steel cladding, with timber weatherboards.
