Removal of the original membrane roofing and substrate over changing rooms and corridor/foyer complete replacement including minor structural improvements to create compliant pitch. Removal and the replacement of metal window renewal with new commercial quality double glazed aluminium joinery. The issues around the water ingress through the exterior walls is yet to be properly investigated and a design solution developed.
