Replacement of Portable Modular Classrooms. Blocks, A, C, D, E with a total of 14 teaching spaces approx. 2,198m2 of new build classrooms, administration block and new car park facilities.

Due to the existing congested buildings, temporary construction access was required through the school and a site specific School Access Plan (SAP) was required to be tabled and approved prior to construction.

Works are required to be staged to enable the school to continue to operate under normal circumstances,  whilst some high risk works such as asbestos removal to existing buildings is required to be done during school term breaks.
