This project is a 10 storey car park structure constructed on a very restricted Auckland CBD site. The car park ramps extend over the adjacent neighbours property. The building form was structural steel frame with concrete topping on “Speed Floor”. The individual floor areas were very small, approximately 450 sqm.
The original owner, Mr Randolf Baxter, has confirmed to Watts & Hughes that this car park works well. This facility provides a total of 162 car parks and some retail area on the ground floor level.
