This work provided the construction of a new district Police Headquarters and detention facility.
This project was awarded using a Collaborative type contract where Watts & Hughes provided their input, as appropriate, to comment on material selections, materials costs and general buildability.
The project was completed on time and significant savings were made to the original budgets.
Watts & Hughes is now constructing Stage II of the Manukau Police Station and works are within budget and on program for completion October 24th of this year.
