This contract involved the Refurbishment of 439 rooms which involved re-painting walls, a new mini bar and wardrobe doors, the supply & install of limited number of new bed heads and the installation of power points/USB connections to bedheads.
The bathrooms were also refurbished with new vanity taps, 3M film to vanity skirt, new mirror surround, replacement sealant & steam clean tile grout & reseal grout and polish glass to showers.
The hotel Lobby area was also refurbished with new upholstery to Lobby Seating, installation of new carpet, new wall finishes and new carpet to Lobby on each floor including vinyl wallpaper.
