This project provides a new, stand alone facility for the Auckland Eye team in Remuera Auckland.   

The contract provides approximately 900sqm of new space on two floors.   Facilities include 3 fully equipped operating theaters with ancillary sterile areas, waiting rooms, recovery areas, nurse stations, offices and other associated works.   A state of the art Excimer Laser is located on the second floor along with nursing stations and consultants rooms.   This is the largest private facility of its type in Australasia.   All fixtures and finishes are the highest quality.   

Services installation are extensive and include medical gases, vacuum, heating and domestic water, communications, fire, communication and security.   The fire alarm system provides sequential alarm activation to allow surgeons to complete there works as much as safety allows during a fire situation.
