Birley Town House
The three-story residential building has a total floor area of 578.2 square meters. It is founded on a 350mm thick concrete floor with the main wall cladding being Hinuera Stone with a small percentage of cedar battens to the rear and side of the unit. The windows are constructed of aluminium joinery and the construction of the roof is copper with a large percentage of ply with torch on applied.
There are so many features to this luxury residence, it is fully equipped with heating including under floor heating to every floor, an oil burner and solar panel installed on the roof. There is no way the clients will feel the cold when walking across the bridge overlooking the view of the void that is illuminating the natural stone flooring of the living, kitchen and dining areas below. The natural stone also flows out onto the external deck areas that over look the beautiful views the Mount has to offer.
The clients were very happy with the completed home with which Watts & Hughes Construction presented them.
