Stage III of the Clendon Shopping Centre was constructed in the parking area of the original Mall.
Although these works did not have the same high degree of public interaction as Stage II Watts & Hughes still employed similar strategies and procedures to allow us to construct these works with a minimum of disturbance to the shopping public.
The entire site was secured with safety fence and activities planned to coincide with least busy shopping times.
