Watts & Hughes were invited by Progressive Enterprises to tender for Pharmacy Rollout works at the existing Countdown Supermarket at Eastgate Shopping Mall. The pharmacy rollout is to add a pharmacy with a consulting room to the existing Countdown Eastgate supermarket.

The outline scope of works for this project included everything necessary for the additional pharmacy and internal alterations of the store, including demolition of existing vacant tenancy area, rebuilding of the disabled toilet, and construction of new walls and ceiling, lighting, painting and reconfiguration of service.

The bulk of the works were completed as night shift works, in order to ensure there was no lost trading time for the supermarket and to ensure staff we’re not majorly affected by the works.
