Watts & Hughes were invited to tender, for refurbishment works and installation of a new pharmacy at the existing Countdown In Rolleston, by PTK Architects.

The scope of works included relocation of the produce refrigerated case line involving new trenching and existing trench capping, floor patching as necessary both sheet vinyl and tiles, removal and making good of the fresh food existing lighting frames, new fresh food lighting frames, new wine and beer lighting frames, supply and install new s/s bollards, construct new concrete trenches and trench covers etc, construction of temporary trench covers, drainage, cut and stitch the existing concrete floors where new drainage was required, electrical, mechanical, alterations to existing sprinkler heads, new sprinklers in the pharmacy, Cash Transfer systems adjustment to suit new pharmacy, painting and decorating, plumbing and door hardware.
