This work provided the construction of a new district Police Headquarters in East Tamaki, Auckland and is an above average quality facility providing offices, muster rooms, locker rooms, interview suites and administration areas to service Police traffic operations, crime squad and CIB. Main entry features specialty finishes to walls and floors as well as original Maori carvings and artwork. Approximately 2500m3 of new offices and related facilities over 3 levels. The entire site is secure and the rear area provides ample parking for police vehicles. A decorative exterior deck with glass handrails is provided off the cafeteria area on the top floor.
