The work compromises the fit out of +/- 490 sqm of an existing single-story building situated next to the Greerton Countdown supermarket.in Tauranga.

The new fit out is to house the new Ambulatory care facility for Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty. This project shall be carried out in 2 separate stages with stage 1 being construction in January 2023 and the second stage starting date is unknown at this time.

The fit out will consist of subdividing the existing space into a number of consulting rooms, utility space, office and meeting rooms, staff facilities and circulation from timber framed and generally gib board lined and braced partitions.
