The project consisted of extending the existing store by 335m2 in what was a carpark area. Many of the shopping services entered the centre through the site. The building consisted of a concrete slab on grade with timber piles beneath. The walls were precast concrete with a steel portal structure inside. A butanol gutter and colour steel roof were installed within the precast walls. The shopfront was a reused item from the original store with new insulated panels above. The existing canopy was modified to suit
