This project was the new build of a KFC restaurant at Spitfire Square, next to the Christchurch Airport.

The scope of works were a new build of a single storey KFC restaurant, comprising of concrete ground slabs catering for capping of contaminated material during enabling works by others, timber framed and metal roof construction. KFC builds consist of back of house kitchen and storage areas, including commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment, front of house restaurant areas including detailed joinery, lighting, electrical and amenities fitout. The external works for the Christchurch Airport KFC build included large scale hard stand site drainage and landscaped areas.
