The Project was a major upgrade over a very short time frame as due to the nature of the upgrade to store was closed for trading to allow works to take place. It involved extensive demolition works to both the kitchen area with the entire BOH equipment being removed to allow a complete re-build from the sure shield flooring to the suspended ceiling grid and associated new wall lining and finishes. The FOH followed a similar scenario with some making good required to some areas and other areas got the full treatment including the installation of a new counter. The external was given a more modern look with new painting, roofing works new mechanical upgrade also forming part of the upgrade. The existing drive thru was removed and a new drive thru lane and menu stations installed to bring this store more into line with the look of the new stores being built today.
