This project entailed the renovation and extension of an existing building for a new KFC Restaurant. The existing building was effectively completely gutted leaving the existing pre-cast structural steel and roofing elements for re-use.
The new restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining areas, a new drive through road, canopies and booths. All finishes, fixtures and fittings are completely new as well as the mechanical and electrical systems throughout.
