Internal works consists of a general décor upgrade to the restaurant area, cleaning the ceiling tiles, cutting in new floor waste to the BOH, overlaying the sure shield floor to BOH and making good to the BOH ceiling grid.

External works involve a full wash down for the building re-paint, building lighting upgrade to LED lights, and construction of a new lean to area out the back to encase the rubbish bins.

The programmed duration for this project was 26 working days starting on the 26th July 2021 with the mobilisation to site and the start of the Demolition. The project was delayed from being completed on time due to a Covid Level 4 lock down which delayed material and product being able to be release from Auckland.
