The KFC Papanui project involved the demolition of the existing KFC building to make way for the new build of the single storey KFC Restaurant.

The works comprised of concrete ground slabs, timber framed and metal roof construction. KFC builds consist of back of house kitchen and storage areas, including commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment, front of house restaurant areas including detailed joinery, lighting, electrical and amenities fitout.

The external works for the Papanui KFC build included large scale hard stand site drainage, carparks and landscaped areas.
