The construction of the Marc Bunker as well as the receival and press areas on their Penfolds site consisted of the installation of pits below the water table with inter-connecting slabs and drainage between the existing structures and the new structures while ensuring that the site remained fully operational.
Time-frames were tight as works had to be integrated with international deliveries of equipment that had to be installed during construction.
