Northbridge Trust has been providing aged care for over 40 years, The campus is going through upgrading of residential stock, W&H’s involvement is stage 3 of no less than a 6 stage redevelopment master plan.

This stage 3 consists of a Basement car park linking to the stage 2 complex of over 60 cars, with individual unassisted apartment style living above spread over 4 levels.    These apartments are assembled as a “open wing” floor plan accommodating the site layout into two buildings with over 28 apartments in each building.

Both building are constructed of similar materials to integrate the overall plans, being concrete, specialist alloy panel and an innovative use of light emitting sheet fabric for the stairwells, ensuring  ample natural lighting.

The interior of each apartment is self-contained and highly appointed, most with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining, lounge, balconies and En-suites.  A lift services each building to the basement car parking.

Stage 3 works are planned to take just under two years to construct including a feature Day pavilion for residents social functions.
