The works at Okains Bay School involved a full renovation of the interior of the school. This incorporated a remodel of the toilet areas with new sanitary ware and Seratone wall linings. All classrooms were lined with Deco flex wall coverings and new carpet tiles and vinyl to floors. A portal frame and cavity slider door were installed between main classrooms

The Breakout Room had an internal sliding door installed, together with new exterior joinery. The Staffroom and Recourse Room were also upgraded and a new cavity slider installed between them. Built-in joinery was installed to the Kitchen, Staff Room and one of the classrooms.
