Watts & Hughes were engaged as the main contractor to complete stage 1 of 4, of the construction of Pegasus Town Centre.

Stage 1 was the construction of six retail tenancies, which included precast floor, precast walls, canopy to front and back of building, timber inter tenancy walls, colorsteel roofing, hard landscaping, civil, excavation and all services associated with the build including pluming, mechanical, electrical, fire services, security and painting.

We were also engaged to construct an amenities block to facilitate the adjacent new commercial building, and to facilitate the public in the surrounding area (i.e. The nearby playground)
