New 3 storey office building for Rodney District Council.

This was a collaborative type contract which provided the construction of a new 3-storey office block attached to the rear of the existing Rodney District Council offices in Orewa. The original offices remained in operation throughout construction of the new addition.

Watts & Hughes provided their input thorough the design stages of the works particularly with regard to materials selections, material lead times and buildability items such as carnage and access.

This was a successful project for all concerned as a quality facility was delivered on time and in accordance with the client’s budget.
