Construction of extension to existing music block, containing 4 acoustic rated practice rooms.

Structure is compiled of pre-cast panels on external walls with intermediate timber framed walls, timber framed roof and Nuraply TPO roof. Exterior walls are sealed pre-cast panel with hardies linear vertical weatherboard to the framed areas.

Each practice room is independently insulated, lined with multiple layers of gib and layered with autex wall coverings. Hallway has been fitted with acoustic mounts and two layers of noiseline gib. Finished ground to extension is asphalt with a pine deck level entry.
