The work of this project comprised the refurbishment and making good of two elderly warehouse units adjacent to the TVNZ premises. Existing brick walls and timber floors were refinished and the entire area, over two floors, was fitted out as new office and meeting rooms for TVNZ. The new space was completely air-conditioned and significant data and communications facilities were included in the new works.
