The Project involved a 250m2 extension to the exiting building which was largely a new open WOF
workshop with 2 new vehicle lanes added for WOF certification. A new customer access area was provided
within the workshop and simple internal finishes and roller doors at either end complete the extension.
Bollards and channel drains with concrete aprons provided access into the building. The existing
administration block received a new PIR/Membrane roof over and some internal alterations with new
interior painting to complete the works. The existing exterior received a new coat of paint to spruce up to
match the new.
