The work of this project comprised the refurbishment and addition of a total 13,000 m2 retail area to an existing shopping centre.

Significant demolition was required during the works to allow for the new upgrading and additions.

The shopping area remained in operation throughout the construction period and a great deal of effort was put into the necessary Health and Safety planning, procedures, implementation and monitoring to provide continuous safe access for the staff and public.

A number of the tenancies were relocated during the works and careful programming and forethought was necessary to insure these transfers were completed in the most efficient, practical and trouble free way possible.
