This is a new single level commercial building premises for Vets 4 Pets Limited. The building structure consists of blockwork party wall, plus a combination of pre-nail timber framing and structural steel posts supporting the roof structure. The roof structure is a combination of steel DHS members and pre-nail roofing trusses.

External finishes include: colour steel roofing, Eterpan cladding over a Xpressclad proprietory cavity system. Feature finishes include stonework to roadside pillars and macrocarpa timber slabs at intervals.

Internally ther is vinyl flooring throughout, painted gib walls and a mixture of grid and tile and painted gib ceilings.
