This was a collaborative contract undertaken with the Ministry of Education to provide new educational facilities for the existing Whangaparoa College.

This project was awarded using a collaborative type contract where Watts & Hughes provided their input, as appropriate, to comment on material selections, materials costs and general buildability. The various buildings and areas were completed according to a preagreed timetable and turned over to the school for their use on a sequential basis. Watts & Hughes is now constructing Stage II of the Whangaparoa College Development under a GMP type contract.
